A true Texas tradition, this steakhouse is located on the second largest ranch in Texas and much of the meat for the restaurant is supplied by the ranch. You'll find venison, antelope, beef and buffalo steaks, sea bass, and wild boar sausage on the menu, as well as extensive wild game selections. Live Texas music is provided and they are open Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner and open on Saturday for dinner only; closed on Sundays.
