Located in Duncanville, this lovely original home graces Hustead St. as one of the last surviving homes that is an entirely all brick structure with a wraparound porch, graced with three gothic arches. Offers three bedrooms; one features a private entrance and exit to the porch outside as well as the hallway. The front bedroom was the master bedroom of the Pelt's. It has its own private entrance and exit to the front porch and the corridor. The center bedroom of this house is the guest room, which originally served the purpose of housing the children of the Pelt family and later for the guests.
