Over nine miles of shoreline are featured at this lake that is surrounded by 1,873 park like acres and includes an 11 mile hiking and biking trail, a children's play area, picnic areas, tennis facilities, and a variety of athletic fields. Fishing, sailing, kayaking, and canoeing are permitted in the lake with kayak and canoe rentals available.
