Built in the 1850's, and including original, authentic period furnishings and tools, this village of six log cabins is a living history museum that offers exhibits and demonstrations of the life styles of the original pioneering settlers of the Fort Worth area. The village offers a number of events and programs that have something for people of all ages. Through these events, programs, self-guided and guided tours, the Log Cabin Village seeks to promote the preservation of the rich heritage of the state of Texas.
