Tarrant County Courthouse
100 East Weatherford
Fort Worth, TX 76196
817-884-1726
Built between 1893 and 1895, of Texas pink granite and marble, the courthouse's Renaissance Revival style was designed to resemble the Texas Capitol building in Austin. Although over the years some distasteful remodeling had been foisted upon the structure, it has now been returned to its original splendour and is the pride of Fort Worth, being treasured as an architectural masterpiece.
