Although Bikram Yoga is a great workout and I highly suggest practicing as much as you can, Bikram Yoga Grapevine falls below my expectations for a Bikram Yoga Studio. There are many other yoga studios available which are a better value and have more qualified staff. The owner, Stacey, has the worst customer service I've encountered...ever. Some of the other instructors are fine, but Stacey's negative enegery over takes any positive intentions the other instructors might have. I would highly suggest using Bikram Yoga Grapevine as a LAST resort.
