A family-owned and operated business, Louis Shanks has been providing Texans fine home furnishings for the living room, dining room, home office, and bedroom since 1945. Fine handmade Oriental rugs, lighting, framed artwork, lamps, clocks, and carpeting, marble, ceramic tile, granite and hardwood flooring are also available. The Studio is found on the 1st floor with the Gallery on the 2nd floor of the South wing. A second Houston location can be found at 235 FM 1960 West. Both showrooms are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Thursday until 8 p.m.
