Depicting the Texas prison system from its beginnings in 1848 to today, this 10,000 square foot museum features 6,000 square feet of exhibits that include prison hardware, inmate art, capital punishment exhibits, and prison contraband exhibits. A 4,000 square foot conference center that accommodates up to 200 people is available for rent.
