This home was first built as a private residence, then a convent, and then housed the congregation of Hebrew Sinai, who added the adjoining building, which now serves as the Jefferson Playhouse. Both properties are now owned by the Jessie Allen Wise Garden Club and have been restored and filled with beautiful Victorian antiques. Tours are available and both areas are available for rent for weddings and special events.
