Richard H. Collins purcahsed the House of the Seasons and restored it from 1974 to 1976. The House is presently owned by the Calvert K. Collins Family Foundation, a charitable foundation named for Mr. Collins' mother, the first woman on the Dallas City Council. The House is operated as a historic musuem and Bed & Breakfast. House guests receive a full three course breakfast in the historix dining room. The House of the Seasons specializes in Group and Bus Tours, and can provide a meal in conjunction with the historical tour of the home.
