As much as I appreciate that you are trying to lease or rent this building, the only option that is available is that pf you purchasing the building and have it moved. The property is located on our personal place and I am not willing to have such a liability with some one else running a business on it. There are to many factors that make it unappealing for me to lease or rent it in order for you to have a salon. My biggest concern is that it is way to close to our home to offer that sort of service unless I am running the business. Thank you for your interest however once again the only option would be to buy the building and then have it moved.
