The 5,200 square foot building that houses the Sibley Learning Center contains four major rooms. The Llano Estacado Room features displays and activities regarding the eight major habitats of the region. The 70 seat auditorium is host to several groups per year. A natural history library, the Midland Archaeological Society’s library, the Frances Williams Memorial Bird Library, collections of insects and bones, the Midland County Herbarium, Hispanic cultural and West Texas Historical libraries, magazines, scholarly journal articles, West Texas county soil maps, and mounted specimens may all be found in the collections room. The entry room features a gift shop and displays.
