The oldest house in Gruene, across from Gruene Hall, Antoinette's Cottage features period antiques, beautiful gardens, 12 foot ceilings, nine foot windows, wood floors, and a lovely porch. The earliest part of the house pre-dates the Civil War (1840-50), with additions in 1872, and 1880. Each guest room is named after a Gruene family member and contains a queen-size bed, claw foot tub, and a ceiling fan. A continental breakfast is served. The entire pink house is available for large parties or extended stays, and can accommodate up to 12 people.
