Providing visual and performing arts instruction to youth, 3-18. Founded in 1991, their mission is to help prepare youth for adulthood by providing arts opportunities which promote life long learning, communication skills, integrity, discipline, and creativity. PCT offers after school and summer classes, a professional touring group to schools and daycares, birthday parties, and corporate family workshops.
