I called to asked the price of a visit and explained the situation with insurance. They told me the price was $120.00. There were no tests, lab, x-rays or anything else done. Only 10 minutes with a doctor. At checkout they said to pay 95.00 so it was paid. Next thing we know a bill for another $400 shows up because they said the whole bill on the visit. It would have been paid if they told us that was the cost.

Calls to their billing department got a 20% off the $400! No help at all when you expected to pay $120.00
