Home to the San Angelo Symphony and the Cultural Affairs Council, the ornate Cactus was the fourth hotel built by Conrad Hilton. Though it no longer accepts overnight guests, the 14-story Cactus rents rooms for events and apartments and office spaces to local residents and businesses.
