Held for more than 90 years, the annual Fiesta Oyster Bake features more than 35 popular national, regional and local acts, baked, raw and fried oysters, beef and chicken fajitas, chicken-on-a-stick and more to help raise money for St. Mary’s University student scholarships and university and alumni programs. It will take place April 20 & 21, 2012.
