Southside Lions Park features six hundred acres of beautiful land, half of which are undeveloped, a scenic lake, a multitude of trails that can be hiked, biked or used for walking pets--- although there is a fine for unrestrained pets, and one must clean up after the pets who hear the call of nature in these pristine natural surroundings. There are drinking fountains and restrooms located within the confines of the park, for the comfort of the visitor.
