This annual weekend festival, traditionally held the third week in October, helps celebrate Tyler's title of "the Rose Capital of America." Visitors can enjoy roses displayed in artful arrangements at the Rose Show, manicured beds in the Rose Garden, rose fields, "tea with the Queen," the Rose Museum, Queen's Coronation, Palette of Roses Art Show, Rose Festival Parade, and the East Texas Symphony Orchestra's "Concert in the Park."
