Located in a Mediterranean-style home overlooking the Brazos and Bosque Rivers, the Art Center has rotating exhibits, and frequently hosts traveling exhibits, and is circumscribed by a two-and-a-half-acre sculpture garden. The primary mission of the center is to redefine the role of an art gallery or center within the community. Taking a proactive approach, the Art Center of Waco zealously nurtures emerging artists, and offers many classes, lectures, and events to nuture the latent artists perhaps lurking in both children and adults.
