This establishment, which was formerly known as Harry B's, and originally opened in the 1930s, is a veritable Waco tradition. The food is a wide array of classic American, Tex-Mex, seafood, burgers, chicken-fried-steaks, and the beverage classic "the Big O," an eighteen-ounce goblet of ice-cold beer, not to mention its new relative, "the Big Margit-O." George's is a great place for delicious comfort food, and they will also be happy to cater private or corporate events.
