There are two guestrooms from which to choose at this B&B that is located near downtown Austin and many area attractions; the spacious Sun Room is located upstairs and features large windows, a steeply angled ceiling, a queen-sized bed, cable TV/VCR, a full kitchen with dishware, and a private bath with a shower. The Ivy Room is located on the ground floor of the house and offers a cozy, comfortable space that includes a sitting area, cable TV/VCR, a telephone, a double bed, a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator, and a private bath with a jacuzzi shower/tub. Both rooms afford a private entrance for the convenience of the guests.
