Situated near the historical site of the original Fort Moab, Buck's is run by its chef, Tim Buckingham, a Moab native. Some items of the seasonal American Western menu include buffalo chorizo tacos, duck tamales, elk stew, roasted game hen, clams verde, and prime rib.
