Established in 1919, Lamb's is the oldest, continually operating restaurant in Utah. Housed in the circa 1905 Herald Building, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places; Lamb's Grill Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner to serve such menu selections as baked Greek chicken breast, New Zealand lamb chops, omelettes, grilled red snapper, buttermilk hot cakes, French toast, fried artichoke hearts, breaded veal cutlets, pork chops, sandwiches and salads.
