Decent cake, HORRIBLE customer service, our wedding cake was an hour late being delivered, was delivered in pajamas, and was dropped off with no apology whatsoever for being late, and took off without even checking in with me before she left. I would have rather paid more to a nice bakery to have my cake delivered on time and by someone more professional.

Conveniently Jackie has left out that the cake was on time for her reception, 2 hours away from the bakery in the middle of no where. I did apologize that I wasn't there at the time I expected to be, no I was not in pajamas. I think it is completely unproffessional to ask to be compensated for a cake that was beautiful, inexpensive and delivered. Jackie also failed to mention that she was unable to drive to the bakery to bring the flowers for the cake, now I know why, and left me to place them on the cake at the campground reception. There are always customers that will complain, it comes with the business but I cannot give gas, mileage, time and cakes away for free. I offer FREE cake tastings and charge minimal for delivery. I always suggest utilizing this before your purchase of any cake. I wish Jackie all the best in her new life with her husband and I apologize that I felt as if I needed to defend myself here but there are always two sides to every story. In over 3 years being in business this is the only bride that has complained.

OMG ! I am not normally one that complains openly, but... I can totally sympathize with Jackie. My sister ordered a cake for her son's birthday. I do have to admit that it looked amazing! It tasted like it was old. The frosting was hard, and the cake was even harder, almost crunchy. My nephew is 3 and he wouldn't even eat it. I was so glad that we had lots of ice cream for them. When I went to clean up, every plate had a full piece of cake on it. My sister called the next day, and was told very rudely by the lady that "people like her cakes" and that "the cake was fine"

Next time we will go to walmart. At least we know that the cake will be fresh. Good luck everyone in Bedford. I would steer clear of this place!
