Celebrating the rich heritage of people of African ancestry and their contributions to the community, the nation, and the world, this family oriented festival is held the last Saturday of every July and opens with a grand entrance by the Spiritwalker. Other features of the festival include dancers, drums, a wide variety of crafts, foods, and traditional African storytellers.
