The Colonial Heights Select Physical Therapy clinic is located on Charles Dimmock Parkway, just down the street from Arby's and behind Target. It is just a few miles from Fort Lee and is easily accessible from I-95. Bernadette, Sarah, Angela, and Shanna strive to provide high quality care in a fun, high-energy environment. They are flexible with patient scheduling in order to accommodate individual needs.

Bernadette, Sarah, and Angela are knowledgeable and experienced in treating a variety of diagnoses including post-surgical, chronic pain, sports injuries and work-related injuries. We aim to provide our patients with personalized, hands-on care, as well as education regarding their diagnosis, care and home exercise program.

Each patient receives hands-on physical therapy by knowledgeable and experienced licensed staff. Our Colonial Heights staff will do their best to accommodate your needs and schedule an initial evaluation within 24 hours.
