Trying to find info on cake compentition

went to enter the cake competion on 8-11-11, the rules state that cakes to be entered on 8-11-11 between 8am to 1 pm, got there at 12:30 the building was locked, I talked to someone in charged they said it was a miss-print in the rule book.Hello, this is not a fair it is a circus.

Very hard to find the current info, discussion and photos from this year's events.....everything on facebook and the Fair website is from last year 2010. How long befor an update for 2011 ?? It is now 10 days since the fair has concluded
