Virginia's only professional ballet company, this ballet organization was founded in 1957 and it is dedicated to the promotion, preservation, and continuing evolution of the art form of ballet. The building in which they are located contains six dance studios, a library, a box office, storage for all sets and costumes, and a fully outfitted scene shop.
