In March of each year, the Virginia Commonwealth University presents this festival that showcases a diverse sampling of France's newest films by established, award-winning directors. Additionally, the festival presents a series of short films by the next generation of groundbreaking French filmmakers; all films have English subtitles and are presented by the directors and/or starring actors.
