This bed and breakfast was built in 1916, five years before Monument Avenue was paved west of the Boulevard and thirteen years before the Maury Monument it overlooks was unveiled. Renovations have now been completed for four gracious suites, each with its own private bath en suite. The baths feature many original fixtures, but also have updated 21st century features such as heated tile floors and new showers. The Pathfinder Suite, Maury Place's largest and most romantic suite, even has a multi-nozzle steam shower. Three suites have working gas fireplaces. All suites have flat-screen televisions and wireless Internet access.
