The Pungo Indian Tribe once roamed the site of this beautiful 18 hole, par 72 course that was the collaboration effort of renowned golf course architect Gene Bates and P.G.A. Tour Star Fred Couples. Thirteen of the holes have water hazards and natural wetlands and the "open-to-the-wind" links style course has unique topography of elevation changes, natural depressions, and meandering streams which offers a challenge to players of all skill levels.
