These guys have been cleaning our rugs for many years now at various homes of ours. They are always on time if not slightly early. They are pretty easy to get a same week appointment. Carpet Professionals are always friendly when they answer the phone. The same guys have come year after year and know how much of a neat freak I am. They never push unneeded products or services. Always friendly, always professional, always helpful. Even when then need to come back for a tough spot they come with smiles on their faces and do the best job they can. I recommend these folks!
