Since 1956, Harriet Petrell, her family, and staff, have been serving local patrons and travelers from near and far Southern favorite dishes, such as Virginia peanut soup, Southern fried chicken, Virginia ham, spare ribs, and baked stuffed pork chops, as well as a variety of hand-cut steaks, prime rib, fresh local seafood, and select Italian dishes. They are open nightly for dinner.
