A large country manor in the center of 35 acres, this bed and breakfast was built in 1969 from old building materials under the guidance of a Colonial Williamsburg architect. The wide heart pine floors came from an old school, the stairs were in a Lutheran Church, the overhead beams are from a barn, and the eight foot long oak mantle over the fireplace is thought to be more than 200 years old. There are four beautifully appointed guest rooms and two private cottages available and a hearty country breakfast is included during your stay.
