The dramatic earthworks of Historic Fort Collier, mark the site of the culmination of the Third Battle of Winchester, the bloodiest battle fought in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and self-guided tours, complete with five historical markers, are available from dawn to dusk year round. The Stine House and Barn as well as Event Terrace are available for community events and Civil War related functions
