The Continental was established in January of 1986 by award-winning Chef Robert "Bob" Hassinger and his wife Joanie. They bring to the area over 40 years of experience in continental cuisine including the Hotel Plaza, the Bully Boy Restaurant, and the Tuxedo Country Club in New York, the Royal Palm Yacht Club in Florida, and the Tumblebrook Country Club in Connecticut to name a few.
