One of the oldest buildings in Central Virginia, this charming clapboard home was originally started by Hessian soldiers who were captured during the Revolutionary War and who built this home on the site of a former Indian settlement. Unique accommodations are available in three rooms in the main building and four rooms in an adjacent guest cottage. All rooms have been named for one of this country's early Virginia born presidents and all have private baths. A full service, fine dining restaurant is also on site.
