Lake Champlain Access Television is a not-for-profit public, education and government access television facility that is committed to serving the needs of the member communities of Colchester, Milton and Georgia, Vermont, by providing a free forum for the expression and exchange of ideas and information, link to local government and schools and a resource for education and training. LCATV can be viewed on Comcast Cable Channels 15 and 16 within those towns.
