The Griffith Library is in the house where Bill W., co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous, grew up with his sister, Dorothy, and his maternal grandparents, Ella and Gardiner Griffith. Today this historical house holds books, pamphlets, photographs, and other archival material related to the history of Alcoholics Anonymous. The purpose of the Griffith Library is that it be a place where people can come to learn about the roots of the A.A. program.
