Occupying two Victorian homes within walking distance of the State House, Vermont College and downtown Montpelier, they offer 12 guest rooms with private baths, cable TV, and telephones with voice mail and data ports. Many rooms have adjacent kitchens and living rooms and can be rented as suites. Breakfast will be either traditional New England style or Southern style, reflecting the roots of the owners. They also have one and two bedroom furnished apartments available for rent by the month.
