Located next to one of New England’s natural wonders, the Quechee Gorge, the Vermont Institute of Natural Science Nature Center includes a state-of-the art Raptor Exhibit, displaying one of North America’s finest collections of birds of prey. A new VINS Nature Shop, an education building with classrooms and restrooms, and a system of nature trails leading to the adjacent Vermont State Park and Quechee Gorge can also be found at the VINS Nature Center. Weather permitting, naturalist-led Gorge Tours are offered every Saturday and Sunday at noon.
