A non-profit museum with "a mission to study, preserve and share the rich history and archaeology of Lake Champlain," the seasonal Lake Champlain Maritime Museum offers nautical exploration, hands-on interactive learning stations, video and audio displays, historical artifacts and images and learning adventures for all ages. LCMM's fleet includes two full-sized replica vessels that visitors may board, several restored boats for viewing, and numerous small craft, some on display, and some actively used for their rowing programs.
