Eagle Eye Farm Rehabilitation Center is a licensed Level IV Therapeutic Residential facility that offers residents "an environment that is relatively free of stresses often associated with more urban areas." In addition to the main campus, the campus includes a main farmhouse, three apartments, two "stand alone" homes and lake housing that provides alternate living accommodations for residents as they progress in their respective programs.
