The not-for-profit Grays Harbor Historical Seaport Authority is an educational organization that owns and operates the Lady Washington, a replica of an 18th-century trading ship that visited the coast of Washington State. The Lady, as she is called, calls primarily on west coast ports, conducting sail trainings with a crew of professional sailors and volunteers. The Lady also hosts brief cruises in waters near her ports of call. The vessel is rarely at her home port of Aberdeen, except for maintenance and repairs. However, it visits most west coast ports about once a year.
