The Whatcom Museum of History and Art is the centerpiece of a four-building campus, which includes the Whatcom Children's Museum, ARCO Exhibits Building and the Syre Education Center. The Whatcom Museum features exhibitions of contemporary art and regional history and more than 200,000 artifacts and photographs pertaining to the region. The Museum is accredited nationally by the American Association of Museums.
