Relive the 8,000 mile journey of Lewis and Clark at this interpretive center that is filled with huge murals, paintings, photographs, and entries from original journals. The center is located on top of two silent gun emplacements that guarded the river's mouth from 1905 through World War II. An enclosed viewing room that features spectacular views and is great for whale watching is also located in the center.
