Their crusts are made daily with specialty flour, olive oil, and of course, beer. Pies are available in generous 12-13" and 18-19" sizes and pie-by-the slice. The rest of the menu is an ecclectic mix of house specialties including: Pork Carnitas, Oyster Crawfish Po'Boys, and Ale Steamers.
