A unique organic italian food restaurant that serves wonderful Northern italian cuisine with a touch of Spanish and basque influence, using all organic produce, dairy, and with meats/fish cooked over an apple wood grill. Private dining rooms and event planning are available. They are open to the public Thursday through Saturday for dinner and cocktails. Reservations are recommended. In addition, the mark is available 7 days a week for special events and private dinners.
