Ichikawa has created great sushi, traditional Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine since July 2000. They wood-smoke and grill their own meats and fish in the open kitchen. They are constantly adding new seafood, beef, poultry, pork and vegetable dishes to accompany their established sushi, sashimi, noodles, tempura dishes and soups.
